COLLABORATION WITH THE HOSTELERÍA SCHOOL OF GIRONA

Friselva has sponsored, for the third consecutive year, with the Escola d'Hosteleria of Girona providing meat for the students to create recipes for the recipes contest organized every year.

The winners of the Friselva Fellowship for Best Recipe this year have been:

- Victor Ortega for the recipe "Wii-lin-ton pork tenderloin" (1st Prize)

- Guimping Deng for the recipe "Pork tenderloin with vegetables" (2nd Prize)

- Arnau Triola for the recipe "Almond tenderloin confited with rosemary and pine" (3rd Prize)
