Last Wednesday 29 of July of 2015, Interporc presented in Madrid a book of 50 recipes selected by a recognized chef's who hold a Michelin star like Fernando del Cerro, Iñigo Urrechu, Iván Cerdeño, Miguel Ángel de la Cruz or Javier Aranda, among others that put in manifest the great advantatge that offers the pork.

The publication "Our white layer star" will be in a free difusion and available for the download on the Interporc webpage, showing and highlighting the versability of the pork in the kitchen, the weight on the culture, the Spanish gastronomic tradition and in the Mediterranean diets. The book also shows some management advices, and processed products such as the ham.
